The 37th Congress of the Romanian Society of Anaesthesia and Intensive Care, The 5th Romanian-French Congress of Anaesthesia and Intensive Care, The 3rd Romanian Israeli Symposium of Updates in Anaesthesia and Intensive Care, The 10th Congress of Anaesthesia and Intensive Care Nurses and The 9th Congress of the Romanian Society of Sepsis.
Our forerunners have passed us an honouring and difficult mission, that of generations that have laid the foundation of the specialization and have brought it to the high standards of modern-day. The meeting you are invited to attend will be the expression of this extraordinary evolution, through the diversity and complexity of the themes approached and through the elevated scientific level.
The integration of the Romanian Society of Anaesthesia and Intensive Care (SRATI) in the international scientific community is emphasized this year also by the organizing of bilateral meetings that have become traditional, with two prestigious academic societies: The French Society of Anaesthesia and Reanimatology and the Israeli Society of Anaesthesia.
We will organize this event taking into consideration your expectations. We will do so by offering a scientific program as interesting as possible and by publishing in the Congress Book the extended texts of the courses and conferences. Furthermore, we will do our best in offering our participants a special social program.
We truly hope that by the end of this event you will have gathered great, unforgettable memories and you will have the desire to return, inspired by the sense of allegiance to this big family of our profession. We hope that you will embrace this spirit starting with the first evening, when the festive opening of the Congress will take place. A wonderful artistic show will be held, accompanied by a welcome cocktail, all dedicated to the one that was the great man, doctor, teacher, friend and President of SRATI, Prof. Univ. Dr. Şerban Marinescu.

The Bucharest Branch of the Romanian Society of Anaesthesia and Intensive Care has the great honor of being one of the hosts of the traditional SRATI events and of The 3rd Romanian-Israeli Symposium of Updates in Anaesthesia and Intensive Care as well, events which will be held between the 11th and the 15th of May, 2011, at the International Conference Centre in Sinaia. |

Your participation, together with the presence of many national and international personalities in the field of anaesthesia and intensive care, will contribute to the development of future strategies.
The ATImedica specialized medical exhibition (10th edition), which will take place simultaneously with the Congress presentations, offers the possibility of a direct dialogue with the medical companies’ representatives, being also a great opportunity for the gathering of information regarding the new products available on the market.
